Many current owners have in the past searched both coasts of Florida looking for the ideal place to settle only to find that this is indeed the         place to be.  Most importantly, the people in the Park are very friendly, sympathetic, and helpful to each other under all circumstances of  personal need.     The Park is conveniently located to the Gulf Beaches (3 miles), golf courses, banking, movies, hospitals, farm markets, citrus fruit groves, excellent Mall Shopping, and cultural activities in nearby Venice and Sarasota, and outstanding restaurants.  Most everything you would need is within 15 minutes of our park.    All lots in the Park are resident owned.  We control our own destiny and cost through an elected Board of Directors who administer the Park's operations.  There are 286 lots in the Park with pets allowed only on lots 245 to 300.   We also have the King's Gate Court, the members of which are elected each year.  They are responsible for all social activities in the Park and assist the Board of Directors in the operation of he Park.  We sincerely hope you enjoy you visit to our web site
